"One Morgan Hill, Many Stories"

Class of 2026

Leadership Morgan Hill (LMH) is a non-profit that was established in 1995. Its mission is to inspire leadership for a better Morgan Hill. Each year, a new class is formed, whose common goal is to give back to Morgan Hill. The class decides on a community project, then executes and completes this project by September 2026.

Morgan Hill has a rich history filled with remarkable people, places, and stories that shaped the community we know today. Our Leadership Morgan Hill class is honored to bring those stories to life through a new community project: the Morgan Hill History Walk – “One Morgan Hill, Many Stories.”

This project will create a self-guided historical trail through downtown Morgan Hill, featuring approximately 20 stops that highlight important landmarks, people, and events in our city’s history. Each stop will include a plaque with a QR code that connects visitors to deeper stories, photos, and audio narration online. (similar to the one below)

Our goal is to create a lasting experience that residents, students, and visitors can enjoy for years to come while strengthening appreciation for Morgan Hill’s heritage.

To make this project possible, we are raising $15,000 to fund the design, production, and installation of the trail markers and supporting materials.
