Iceymole Isaac Seth

DIRECTOR

Iceymole’s move from the UK to the United States in 2015 was meant to be a one-year adventure. What began as a temporary chapter soon became home. In 2017, she and her husband, Vivek, settled in Morgan Hill, a community she has grown to love for its beautiful surroundings and, even more, its wonderful people.

Iceymole’s professional journey has taken her across India, the UK, and the US, building a career at the intersection of business, technology, and people. With master’s degrees in Finance and Investment Management and Computer Applications, she spent more than two decades leading business transformation and building relationships across global organizations, including HSBC, British Telecom, GM Financial, Friends Life, and Capita Financial Services. Most recently, she spent several years at Driscoll’s, leading complex, cross-cultural business and technology initiatives. She was honored to receive the BRM Institute’s Top 2023 BRM Recognition.

Since stepping away from her corporate career in 2025, Iceymole has embraced a different kind of learning—helping oversee the laundromat business her son started and gaining firsthand experience of the opportunities and challenges of running a small business. It has been a refreshing reminder that leadership and learning doesn’t stop when a career chapter ends.

Beyond work, community has always been important to Iceymole. Volunteering at St. Catherine Church in Morgan Hill has become a meaningful part of her life. She also enjoys reading, dancing, walking, watching movies with friends, and discovering new places.

Family remains at the heart of Iceymole’s story. She and Vivek are proud parents of their son, Akhil, who studied at Oxford in the UK and is now at Wharton Business School. His years working in San Francisco gave them another wonderful reason to explore the city—its neighborhoods, restaurants, and many memorable experiences.

Looking back, Iceymole considers the most rewarding part of her journey to be the people she has met and the relationships she has built across cultures, communities, and generations. Today, she feels fortunate to call Morgan Hill home.
